Summary

Mineral buildup can slow down even the most advanced tankless water heaters. This homeowner needed a professional flush to keep their water heating system running smoothly and to meet manufacturer maintenance requirements.

The Work

Shut down gas and electrical connections for safety
Disconnected water lines and attached our specialized descaling kit
Ran cleaning solution through the heater for a full hour
Flushed the unit with fresh water, then reconnected lines and restored all utilities
Completed a thorough system check to confirm proper operation

The Outcome

The tankless water heater is now free of scale buildup and operates as intended. The homeowner's appliance meets manufacturer recommendations for maintenance, which supports long-term efficiency and reliability.
