Some Homeowners’ associations (HOAs) require approval before a whole-home water filtration system can be installed. It is the homeowner’s sole responsibility to determine whether HOA approval is required and to obtain all necessary approvals before installation is scheduled.
Our whole-home water filtration system is installed by connecting in-line with the home’s main water supply. Depending on the property’s layout and HOA requirements, portions of the equipment may be visible from the exterior of the home.
Any HOA requirements related to the appearance of the installation, including landscaping, plants, decorative screening, fencing, enclosures, or any other measures required to conceal the equipment, are the sole responsibility of the homeowner unless specifically included in a separate written agreement with Lakewood Home Services.
Lakewood Home Services is not responsible for determining HOA requirements, obtaining approvals, or providing or installing any screening or aesthetic improvements unless separately contracted in writing. Failure to obtain required approvals or comply with HOA requirements may result in installation delays, fines, or other actions by the HOA.
